Why should you worry if your hands go to sleep or become numb?

It’s also important to take breaks if you frequently repeat the same movements daily. Stretching is also very helpful for releasing tension in the nerves. Finally, physical activity is good for blood circulation and muscle strengthening. Swimming is the most complete sport for benefiting the entire body, as it doesn’t put stress on the joints. And if you’re not a big fan of sports and prefer to stay home, opt for yoga, a complete activity for both body and mind.
