Drinking water seems like an incredibly simple thing to do; many people think that drinking more water is better. But there are ways to make mistakes: the more you drink, the more thirsty you become.
1. Drink water during exercise but do not drink before practice.
Even if you drink water frequently during your workout, you’re likely to get a headache if you don’t drink enough beforehand. You should drink at least 8 ounces of water about half an hour before your workout.

2. Drink the right amount of water (8 glasses) a day
uming coffee and tea
Many people think that coffee and tea are harmful because they contain caffeine, but while caffeine can have a diuretic effect, the amount of water in tea and coffee is sufficient to ensure its effectiveness. Drinking tea and coffee is better than drinking nothing at all.
4. Drinking too little

If you’re thirsty, exercising, or it’s too hot, you need to drink water. But even if you’re not thirsty or not working, you still need water. A lack of water increases the risk of kidney stones and urinary tract diseases. You should drink water regularly throughout the day.
5. Confusion between the request for water and the need to eat
Drinking water before meals helps you understand your true hunger: many people ignore hunger and thirst because they eat more and drink less. You should drink water in the morning, immediately after waking up and having drunk throughout the day.
