We will do it in two steps: first the oven itself and then the glass.
Here’s what you’ll need:
Water
, a spray bottle
, baking soda,
a cloth
, vinegar,
a small bowl
Here’s how to do it:
The oven:
- Remove the oven racks
- Mix a few tablespoons of baking soda with a little water in a bowl. The goal is to mix it into a paste that will spread easily on the surfaces to be cleaned.
- Spread the dough inside the oven. The baking soda will brown.
- Leave it overnight. The baking soda will need at least 12 hours to work its magic.
- The next day: take a damp cloth to remove as much baking soda as possible.
- Put some vinegar in the spray bottle and spray the surfaces where there are still traces of baking soda.
- Wipe with a damp cloth.
- Put the racks back in the oven.
- Turn on the oven to a low temperature for 15-20 minutes to allow it to dry.

The window:
- Take the baking soda and add a little water to make a thick paste.
- Apply the paste to the window.
- Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Use a cloth to wipe the window.
