Ingredients :

2 medium carrots (rich in beta-carotene for vision)

1 small beetroot (helps cleanse the liver and blood)

1 stalk of celery (helps eliminate fat)

200 ml of water or fresh orange juice

Juiceorange

1 teaspoon of honey (optional, to sweeten)

Wash and peel the vegetables.

Cut the carrots, beetroot and celery into pieces.

Place all ingredients in a blender or juicer.

Blend until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous texture.

Taste and add honey if necessary.

Serve immediately to maximize nutrient absorption.

Trick :

For a more “detox” effect, drink this juice in the morning on an empty stomach.

You can add a little fresh ginger to boost the taste and digestive properties.
