3. Not depending on the opinions of others

What others think loses its power when we understand that everyone carries their own burdens, with all their joys and sorrows. True freedom arrives when we stop justifying ourselves and allow ourselves to live according to our own choices, without weight or excuses.

4. To be necessary to oneself
Our sense of purpose doesn’t depend on others, but on what we do for ourselves. It could be growing plants, writing a few lines in a notebook, cooking with care, or exercising every morning. These are small acts that give rhythm to our days and remind us that life goes on, always with something new to discover.
